About Mystic Access
Founded by Chris Grabowski, the Mystic Place Blog and Podcast went online in November 2007. Since that time, we have been recording podcasts and writing about products and services we find of interest.
In April 2013, the name was changed to Mystic Access, and in the ensuing years, the company has expanded to greatly increase our reach, and our line of product and service offerings. In 2016, we entered into a partnership with Humanware to create the twelve hour BrailleNote Touch audio tutorial that is included with every unit sold.
We specialize in providing the tools for people who are blind and visually impaired to become empowered to maximize the uses of their access technology. Our goal is to make learning your assistive technology informative and fun, while minimizing your intimidation and stress. We are totally blind assistive technology users ourselves, and therefore understand the frustrations and hurtles that occasionally need to be surmounted in order to successfully learn your technology.
We offer comprehensive audio tutorials and one-on-one training, consulting services and self-advocacy sessions over the phone or Skype.

In addition to our podcasts and offerings on the aforementioned site, we also host the Haven audio tour. This is a comprehensive series of podcasts recorded by Curtis and Karen Delzer. The Samsung Haven is an accessible cell phone once offered by Verizon. 90% of the menus speak to the user. The Haven has been discontinued but you can still find it if you look.
