Lisa’s crab cakes:
1 pound crab meat
1 cup breadcrumbs, half for the mix, and half to coat
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 and 1 half tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 fourth teaspoon Phillips or other seafood seasoning.
Shape into cakes, and coat with the remaining breadcrumbs. Bake at 400 for 6 minutes per side. If you do not want to use butter or oil, lightly spray the crab cakes with nonstick cooking spray
