The summer months are really heating up now, and we’re discussing and demoing a couple accessible goodies that can help keep you cool, calm and happy during the super hot days ahead. Kim has clearly been hanging around with Chris too long, because she just bought yet another smart home device, this one for helping to cool down her house. It’s a GE window air conditioner that works with Alexa and Google Home devices. The model number is: AHC10LYQ1. we can’t find this particular model online, but Kim bought it at her local Lowes store. Kim demonstrates its use with the GE Comfort app for iOS, and Alexa, and shares about an amazing surprise she received in the air conditioner’s box! The Comfort app is also available for Android. The skill she uses to make it work with her Alexa devices is called Geneva, and you can find and enable it here.
